My name is Michelle and I have worked with Leaps and Bounds Preschool for the last 20 years as a preschool teacher. It’s been an amazing journey. Every day it’s challenging not knowing how your ay is going to turn out. It’s different every day. The best part of being in the preschool is seeing smiling faces of the little ones and that’s what makes me happy.
My name is Cindall Green and I have been the director since 2019. I have experience in the Childcare field for almost 20 years and an administrator for the last 10 years. It bring me so much joy every day seeing your kids smiling faces and I truly enjoy talking & getting to know all of my families whose children attend our center. I strive to ensure we have a wonderful communication between our parents, our teachers and our children. When I’m not at the center I love to spend time with with my four children and husband going on adventures and making new memories as a family.
I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 15 years and have my Site Supervisor and Master Teacher Permits. I am with Leaps and Bounds team since 2019. Working with children has always been a passion of mine and I am so grateful to be able to do what I love everyday! When I am not at school I enjoy being outdoors with my family.

I am currently attending the University of San Diego to continue my education in Early Childhood Education. I believe that a child’s education is the most valuable thing in the world. Every child should receive an equal chance of receiving a quality education. This is my mission as a teacher. I strive to inspire students in the same way they inspire me every day.

I have been in the Child Development field for five years working with children from infants, toddlers to preschoolers. The most important part about being at Leaps and Bounds is that I get to spend every day of the week with the children. I learn every day something important about each child’s individual personality. I love making special memories with all the children that attend the preschool. It gives me motivation and strength to be here at work every day to make a difference in the lives of these children through my education.
