My name is Cindall Green and I have been the director since 2019. I have experience in the Childcare field for almost 20 years and an administrator for the last 10 years. It bring me so much joy every day seeing your kids smiling faces and I truly enjoy talking & getting to know all of my families whose children attend our center. I strive to ensure we have a wonderful communication between our parents, our teachers and our children. When I’m not at the center I love to spend time with with my four children and husband going on adventures and making new memories as a family.
I have been in the Early Childhood Education field for over 15 years and have my Site Supervisor and Master Teacher Permits. I am with Leaps and Bounds team since 2019. My name is Karina Partida. I am 24 years old. I went to Palomar College and I have my Associate teacher permit. I graduated in 2016. I am a teacher at Leaps and Bounds Preschool. I have been in the Child Development field for five years working with children from infants, toddlers to preschoolers. The most important part about being at Leaps and Bounds is that I get to spend every day of the week with the children. I learn every day something important about each child’s individual personality. I love making special memories with all the children that attend the preschool.
